Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze surveillance footage to identify potential security threats, incidents, or violations
Conduct in-depth investigations into suspicious activities and behaviors, gathering evidence and facts to support findings
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all surveillance activities and incidents
Collaborate with law enforcement and other external partners as needed to report and respond to security incidents
Identify vulnerabilities in existing surveillance systems and make recommendations for improvements
Stay up-to-date with current security trends and best practices to continuously improve surveillance protocols and procedures
Conduct regular audits of surveillance equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning
Train and mentor other team members on surveillance techniques and procedures
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on surveillance findings and recommendations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
3-5 years of experience in surveillance, preferably in a corporate or government setting
Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques, equipment, and software
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of legal and ethical considerations related to surveillance
Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or other relevant certifications are a plus
