We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and implementing strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of materials and supplies
• Supervise and train production staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for upper management
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative production techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Production Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in MS Office and production software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
