About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing educational materials for our organization. You will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective curriculum that meets the needs of our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and develop a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
• Design and develop engaging and interactive instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, activities, and assessments.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure that the curriculum is current and relevant to industry standards and best practices.
• Utilize a variety of instructional design techniques, such as storyboarding, simulations, and gamification, to enhance the learning experience.
• Develop and implement training programs for instructors to ensure they are equipped to deliver the curriculum effectively.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the curriculum based on feedback and data analysis.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in education and incorporate them into the curriculum development process.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and technology, to create a cohesive and seamless learning experience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using various instructional design software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
