Community Health Serv Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Practice Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and proven leadership abilities. As the Medical Practice Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the daily operations of our medical practice, ensuring the highest level of patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure smooth workflow and optimal patient outcomes
• Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff, providing ongoing support and guidance
• Manage the financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and collections
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies and other third-party payers
• Handle patient complaints and concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement changes as needed to improve the practice's performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of managing and developing a team
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and practice management software
• Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and financial reporting
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on patient satisfaction
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
