Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving positive change within organizations
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies and action plans that yield tangible results
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support project delivery.
