Key Responsibilities:

Develop packaging concepts that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate product features and benefits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop packaging solutions that meet business objectives
Create 2D and 3D packaging designs using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure our packaging designs are competitive and relevant
Adhere to project timelines and ensure designs are completed within deadlines
Prepare mock-ups and prototypes for presentation and testing purposes
Work closely with vendors to ensure packaging designs are executed accurately and within budget
Verify final packaging design files for accuracy and prepare them for production
Continuously review and improve packaging designs based on consumer feedback and market trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the consumer goods industry
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Strong understanding of packaging production processes and materials
Demonstrated experience in creating innovative and effective packaging designs
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and aesthetics
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience with 3D rendering software is a plus
