Job Description: Are you a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Technician looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed
• Conduct regular inspections and identify any potential issues or hazards
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and supplies
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for major repairs or installations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety and building codes
• Assist with facility improvement projects

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repair
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Knowledge of safety procedures and building codes
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
