Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain digital printing equipment including printers, copiers, and scanners
Follow print job specifications and guidelines to ensure accurate and high-quality output
Load and unload materials, adjust settings, and perform test runs to optimize print quality
Troubleshoot technical issues with the equipment and make necessary adjustments and repairs
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of printing supplies and materials
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure print jobs are completed on time and meet client expectations
Keep up to date with new printing technologies and techniques and make recommendations for process improvements
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree or certification in printing technology is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating digital printing equipment
Strong knowledge of digital printing processes and equipment, including printers, copiers, and scanners
Proficient in color theory and color management for accurate color reproduction
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and job specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other departments
Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment as needed
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
