Position: Azure Developer
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States
Overview: ArtVisionary is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Azure Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Azure Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications using the Microsoft Azure platform. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure Cosmos DB
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and design solutions that meet those requirements
- Develop and maintain API integrations between different systems using Azure API Management
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring high availability and performance of applications
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in cloud technologies and implement them in our solutions
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure project milestones are met
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
- Work closely with the DevOps team to automate deployment processes and ensure smooth delivery of applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in developing cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
- Experience with front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Proficient in SQL and database design
- Extensive knowledge of Azure services and the ability to choose the right service for a given scenario
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus
