Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Agent

Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying potential properties, and negotiating deals on behalf of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including property owners, investors, and tenants
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with current real estate trends and market conditions
• Identify potential properties that meet the needs and criteria of our clients
• Negotiate deals and contracts on behalf of clients, including purchase and lease agreements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties
• Assist clients with property inspections, appraisals, and due diligence processes
• Provide clients with accurate and timely market information, property valuations, and industry insights
• Prepare and present professional presentations and reports to clients
• Attend networking events and actively contribute to the growth of the company's client base
• Continuously strive to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent
• Strong knowledge of the local commercial real estate market
• Proven track record of successful sales and negotiations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid real estate license
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
