Position: Industrial Engineer

Overview: Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing our production processes and increasing efficiency in our manufacturing facilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement throughout our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time and motion studies to analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste in our manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new production processes and equipment.
• Utilize statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in production data, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain quality control standards to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demand.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
• Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential hazards.
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
• Experience with time and motion studies, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Minitab, and other industrial engineering software is a plus.
