Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Director to join our team. As the Education Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our educational programs and ensuring that they align with our company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with our team of educators to develop and implement innovative and effective teaching strategies that promote student engagement and success. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with our company's mission and vision
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to create engaging and relevant lesson plans
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of the teaching staff
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of teaching methods and make necessary adjustments
• Create and maintain a positive learning environment that fosters student growth and development
• Manage the budget for educational programs and ensure cost-effective operation
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance educational opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in education and implement best practices in our programs
• Conduct regular meetings with the teaching staff to provide guidance, support, and feedback
• Develop and implement strategies to promote student retention and success
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless integration of educational programs with other company initiatives
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of educational programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in education
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instruction, and assessment practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using educational technology and software
• Ability to effectively manage a team and build positive working relationships
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful educational programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment for students
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people
• Valid teaching certification is preferred
