Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Logistics Manager to join our team. As the International Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's global logistics operations. Your main goal will be to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our international customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement international logistics strategies to support the company's global expansion plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate and execute international shipments.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with international carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and track international shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address any delays or issues.
• Oversee the customs clearance process and ensure compliance with all international trade regulations.
• Manage the transportation and distribution of goods to international warehouses and distribution centers.
• Optimize international logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Analyze and report on international logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Manage and develop a team of international logistics specialists.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international logistics management.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs clearance processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing international logistics operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in logistics software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
