Job Title: Instructional Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective and engaging learning solutions for our organization. The Instructional Designer will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze training needs, design curriculum, and create engaging learning materials using various instructional strategies and technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze training needs and define learning objectives.
• Design and develop training materials using various instructional strategies such as blended learning, microlearning, and gamification.
• Utilize adult learning theory to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
• Develop and implement assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Use instructional design software and authoring tools to create interactive and visually appealing e-learning courses.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on training materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design, adult learning theory, and e-learning technologies.
• Continuously review and improve existing training materials to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure consistency and alignment of training materials across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning development.
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze training needs and design effective learning solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with LMS administration is a plus.
