Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with design and development teams to ensure product designs are feasible for production.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and negotiate the best prices for materials and services.
• Monitor production progress and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, ensuring that production stays on schedule.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on production progress and address any concerns or queries.
• Manage inventory levels and order materials as needed, ensuring that production stays on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain production reports and records, including production costs, materials used, and production timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Production Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in textile production, preferably in a coordinating or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of textile production processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a constantly changing production environment.
