Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute events, including conferences, weddings, corporate events, and private parties
Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and budget
Create event proposals, timelines, and budgets
Source and negotiate with vendors for event services, such as catering, entertainment, and decor
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, and audio-visual equipment
Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated budget
Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements, decorations, and signage
Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all details are executed as planned
Manage event registration and guest lists
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and gather feedback for future improvements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, preferably in a corporate setting
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
