Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Counseling and Therapy Education Specialist to join our team. As a Counseling and Therapy Education Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs and resources for mental health professionals. You will also provide support and guidance to these professionals in their practice, with the goal of improving the quality of care provided to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain educational programs and resources for mental health professionals, including workshops, seminars, and online courses.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and industry leaders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of educational materials.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify the training and development needs of mental health professionals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through surveys, feedback, and other methods.
• Provide individual and group coaching to mental health professionals to support their personal and professional growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with mental health organizations and institutions to promote the use of our educational resources.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and research in the field of counseling and therapy to ensure the relevance and accuracy of our educational materials.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our educational programs and resources through various channels.
• Attend conferences, workshops, and other professional development opportunities to enhance your own knowledge and skills in counseling and therapy.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed mental health professional.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering educational programs and resources.
• Strong understanding of counseling and therapy techniques, theories, and practices.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and workshops when necessary.
