Position: Package Courier

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Package Courier. As a Package Courier, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages to designated locations
• Plan and organize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages
• Handle packages with care to avoid any damage
• Obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
• Maintain accurate delivery records
• Communicate with customers and address any delivery-related concerns
• Report any issues or delays to the supervisor
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Ensure vehicle is properly maintained and report any maintenance needs
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in delivery or courier services preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
