Job Title: Machinery Quality Control Inspector

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machinery Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Machinery Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our machinery and equipment meet the highest quality standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for producing top-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of all machinery and equipment, including visual and functional checks
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform quality control tests and measurements on machinery and equipment, and record and analyze the results
• Identify and report any defects or malfunctions in machinery or equipment
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
• Monitor and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records
• Train and mentor junior quality control inspectors to improve their skills and knowledge
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality control to improve processes and techniques

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in quality control is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, procedures, and techniques
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to operate and use various measuring and testing equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Certification in quality control or quality assurance is a plus
