Position Overview: As a Data Platform Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on data platform solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions to help them achieve their business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of data platforms and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on data platform solutions and stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing data platforms and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
• Design and implement data platform solutions that align with clients' business goals and requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and deliver presentations, demos, and training sessions to clients on data platform solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on product updates and releases and effectively communicate them to clients.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of data platform solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data platform solutions, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong understanding of data management concepts and technologies such as data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL processes.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments.
