Overview: Retail Wise is seeking a highly motivated Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for executing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for retail merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising plans for assigned stores, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to develop effective merchandising strategies
• Conduct store visits to assess merchandising needs and provide guidance to store managers and associates on best practices for product placement and displays
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment to ensure adequate stock levels at all times
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment and placement to drive sales
• Participate in product development and selection, providing feedback on product design and packaging to ensure it meets the needs of the target market
• Train store associates on merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with visual merchandising team to create appealing displays that showcase our products in an attractive and organized manner
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of merchandising strategies, making adjustments as needed to meet sales goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail merchandising
• Strong understanding of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail merchandising software
• Ability to travel to store locations as needed
