Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of our academic curriculum. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of curriculum design, instructional strategies, and educational standards. You will work closely with the academic team to ensure that our curriculum is continuously improving and meeting the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with our educational philosophy and meets the needs of our students.
• Collaborate with the academic team to review and update existing curriculum materials and resources.
• Conduct research on current educational trends and best practices to inform curriculum development.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary adjustments to improve student learning outcomes.
• Provide support and guidance to teachers in delivering the curriculum effectively.
• Develop and maintain a budget for curriculum resources and materials.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to provide additional resources and programs to enhance the curriculum.
• Collaborate with the assessment team to design and implement assessment strategies that align with the curriculum.
• Ensure that the curriculum meets all educational standards and requirements set by relevant authorities.
• Communicate regularly with parents and other stakeholders about the curriculum and its implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of educational standards and curriculum design principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Proficient in using technology in curriculum development and delivery.
• Knowledge of educational software and learning management systems.
