Job Title: Data Quality Assurance Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Quality Assurance Lead to join our dynamic team. • Conduct regular data quality audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Create and maintain data quality reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

• Develop and maintain data quality scorecards to measure the effectiveness of data quality initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data quality assurance or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles, standards, and best practices.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with data quality tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Trillium.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data quality processes and procedures.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
