Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Recovery Analyst to join our team. As a Data Recovery Analyst, you will be responsible for retrieving lost, damaged, or corrupted data from various types of storage devices such as hard drives, servers, laptops, and mobile devices. You will work closely with our clients to understand their data recovery needs and provide them with efficient and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various data recovery tools and techniques to retrieve lost or damaged data from storage devices.
• Analyze and troubleshoot data storage devices to identify the cause of data loss and determine the best approach for recovery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their data recovery needs and provide them with solutions that meet their specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of recovered data and provide detailed reports to clients.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest data recovery tools and techniques to ensure the most efficient and effective methods are being used.
• Provide technical support to clients during the data recovery process and ensure that their data is recovered in a timely manner.
• Work closely with other team members to share knowledge, troubleshoot issues, and develop new strategies for data recovery.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to provide updates on the progress of their data recovery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data recovery, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Proficient in data recovery tools such as R-Studio, EaseUS, and TestDisk.
• Strong understanding of different file systems and data storage technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully recovering data from a wide range of storage devices.
• Knowledge of data security and confidentiality protocols.
• Experience with virtual machines and cloud-based data recovery is a plus.
