Key Responsibilities:

Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed, including but not limited to medical emergencies, fires, and criminal activity
Conduct routine patrols and security checks of the premises to identify any potential safety hazards or security breaches
Monitor and respond to alarms and security systems, taking appropriate action as necessary
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
Investigate and document incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports for management
Provide excellent customer service to all individuals on the premises, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner
Conduct safety training and drills for employees to ensure preparedness in case of emergencies
Maintain accurate records and logs of all activities and incidents
Perform other duties as assigned by the Safety Manager or other members of management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security or law enforcement role
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in stressful situations
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
