Salary: USD: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

As a Curriculum Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of educational content and curriculum across all grade levels. You will work closely with teachers, administrators, and other education professionals to ensure that our curriculum meets the needs of our students and aligns with educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of students and aligns with educational standards
• Conduct research and stay updated on current educational trends, best practices, and standards
• Review and revise existing curriculum to ensure its effectiveness and relevance
• Develop and maintain curriculum maps, pacing guides, and other instructional resources
• Lead curriculum planning meetings and provide support to teachers in curriculum implementation
• Provide professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their instructional practices
• Analyze student data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to the curriculum
• Collaborate with other curriculum coordinators to ensure consistency and continuity across grade levels and subject areas
• Oversee the selection and adoption of instructional materials and resources
• Communicate with parents and other stakeholders about the curriculum and instructional practices
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through classroom observations, teacher feedback, and student performance data
• Keep abreast of changes in educational policies and regulations and make necessary adjustments to the curriculum
• Manage a budget for curriculum materials and resources

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional leadership
• Strong understanding of educational standards, best practices, and trends
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to lead and facilitate meetings and professional development sessions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes
• Experience with budget management
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build relationships with stakeholders
• Passion for education and a commitment to continuous improvement
