Job Title: Instructional Designer

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing engaging and effective learning materials for various educational programs. You will work closely with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other members of the instructional design team to create innovative and interactive learning experiences for our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging learning materials, including but not limited to e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and other resources
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content, review materials, and ensure accuracy and relevance of information
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and analysis to identify learning objectives and design appropriate learning solutions
• Utilize instructional design theories, models, and strategies to create effective and interactive learning experiences
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of learning materials
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, and interactive activities, to enhance the learning experience
• Conduct quality checks and reviews to ensure instructional materials meet established standards and objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and incorporate them into learning materials
• Communicate with stakeholders and project team members to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to learning materials
• Provide guidance and support to other members of the instructional design team and assist with training and development as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate or educational setting
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theories, models, and strategies
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software
• Experience with multimedia development, including video production, audio recording, and graphic design
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Experience with virtual learning and instructional design for remote learners is a plus
