Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing effective and engaging learning materials for our organization. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members to create innovative and impactful learning solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and other training resources.
• Conduct needs analysis to determine training needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content.
• Utilize instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning theories to create effective learning solutions.
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Use multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar software.
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia tools.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
