Job Title: Senior Azure Developer

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Senior Azure Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications and solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. Your expertise in Azure development and strong understanding of cloud computing will be crucial in driving the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement cloud-based applications and solutions using Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Develop technical specifications and design documents for Azure-based solutions
• Ensure the scalability, availability, and security of Azure solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in Azure applications and services
• Optimize the performance of Azure applications and services
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure services and features and suggest ways to incorporate them into our solutions
• Mentor and guide junior developers in Azure development best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Azure-based applications and solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Azure Storage, and Cosmos DB
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and Java
• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, such as Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Azure certification (e.g. Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins and Ansible
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
