Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to showcase our products in the most attractive and profitable way
Collaborate with the design and production teams to plan and coordinate product assortments
Conduct market research to stay updated on current fashion trends and consumer preferences
Analyze sales data to identify top-selling products and create plans to promote those products
Create and maintain visual displays in retail stores and ensure they align with company branding and messaging
Work closely with buyers to select and purchase products that will appeal to our target audience
Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are always in stock and available for purchase
Monitor competitor's merchandising strategies and make recommendations for improvement
Train and mentor junior merchandising team members
Attend trade shows and fashion events to stay informed on industry trends and network with other professionals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fashion merchandising, preferably in a retail setting
Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to think creatively and strategically
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques and principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to travel for trade shows and events as needed
