Job Title: Curriculum Development Specialist

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and creating educational materials and programs that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to ensure that our curriculum is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of curriculum for various educational programs, including but not limited to online courses, workshops, and trainings.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the needs and goals of our organization and target audience.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and develop learning objectives that align with industry standards and best practices.
• Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials.
• Create course outlines, lesson plans, assessments, and other curriculum materials to support the learning objectives.
• Ensure that all curriculum materials are accurate, current, and aligned with our organization's standards and requirements.
• Conduct pilot testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and enhance the curriculum.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in education and instructional design, and incorporate them into our curriculum development process.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in designing and developing curriculum for online learning platforms.
• Proficiency in using instructional design software and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members.
