Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Principal Scrum Master to join our team. As the Principal Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading and coaching our Agile teams to deliver high-quality software products. You will play a critical role in driving our Agile transformation and ensuring that our teams are aligned with Agile principles and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all things related to Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams to ensure consistency and continuous improvement in Agile practices
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify and remove any impediments that may prevent the team from achieving their goals
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize product backlogs
• Ensure that the team is following Agile principles and practices, and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide guidance and support to the team in estimating, planning, and delivering high-quality software products
• Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team and across the organization
• Act as a change agent by promoting and advocating for Agile principles and values throughout the organization
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and implement them within the team as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification is required
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices
• Proven experience in leading and coaching Agile teams to deliver high-quality software products
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and leadership
• Experience in Agile transformation and driving change within an organization is a plus
