Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the design and development of new systems, as well as the enhancement and maintenance of existing systems
Collaborate with business analysts to gather and understand system requirements
Design and implement efficient and secure system architecture
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix any bugs or issues
Develop and maintain system documentation for reference and training purposes
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during system development or maintenance
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in system development to continuously improve our systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems with other departments and software
Provide technical support and guidance to other developers and team members
Ensure system security and data protection measures are in place and updated regularly
Engage in continuous learning and contribute to the growth and development of the team and company as a whole

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as a System Developer or similar role
Strong understanding of system development life cycle and methodologies
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
Experience with database management and SQL
Knowledge of system security and data protection measures
Familiarity with cloud computing and web services
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently
