Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing innovative programs that will positively impact our organization. As a Program Development Specialist, you will collaborate with various departments to identify and implement new programs, evaluate existing programs, and ensure their success through effective planning and implementation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and analyze potential program opportunities that align with the organization's mission and goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new programs, including defining program objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement in existing programs
• Develop program plans and strategies that address the identified needs and align with organizational resources
• Monitor program progress and evaluate effectiveness through data collection and analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement evaluation methods to measure program success
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in program development and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to program managers and staff to ensure program success
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations to promote program growth and expansion
• Prepare and present program updates, reports, and proposals to senior management and other stakeholders
• Ensure all programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development, preferably in a non-profit or government organization
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Proven experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods and tools
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive and results-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
