About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Property Sales Representative to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Property Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling properties to potential buyers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, provide them with a personalized sales experience, and assist them in finding their dream property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
• Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and generate leads
• Showcase properties to potential buyers and provide them with detailed information and insights
• Guide clients through the property buying process and address any questions or concerns they may have
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales to reach a successful agreement for both the buyer and seller
• Collaborate with other real estate agents and professionals to ensure a smooth and successful transaction
• Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends, regulations, and laws
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Sales Representative or in a similar role
• Knowledge of the real estate market and sales techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional customer service skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Valid real estate license
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
