Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Professional Development Coach. As a Professional Development Coach, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting individuals in their career growth and development. You will work closely with individuals to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set career goals, and create actionable plans to achieve them. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in coaching, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help others succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual coaching sessions with professionals at various levels to identify their career goals and create personalized development plans.
• Utilize various coaching techniques and tools to support individuals in achieving their career goals.
• Provide guidance and support to individuals in areas such as leadership development, communication skills, time management, and conflict resolution.
• Identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges that may hinder an individual's career growth.
• Work closely with HR and management teams to develop and implement effective training and development programs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in coaching and professional development.
• Monitor and track the progress of individuals and provide regular feedback to ensure their development plans are on track.
• Collaborate with other coaches and trainers to share knowledge and resources for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in coaching and/or training individuals in a professional setting.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of career development theories and techniques.
• Familiarity with different coaching styles and their applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office and coaching software.
• Certification in coaching or related fields is a plus.
