Job Title: Professional Services Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Services Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of professional services to our clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability. As a Professional Services Manager, you will lead a team of consultants and collaborate with various departments to develop and implement effective strategies for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of consultants and ensure the successful delivery of professional services to clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all service-related inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with clients to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
• Monitor and analyze service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance of professional services and any potential risks or issues
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
• Manage the budget for professional services, ensuring profitability and cost optimization
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the delivery of professional services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and delivering high-quality professional services to clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and challenging situations
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed
