• Develop and maintain relationships with program participants and partners.
• Manage program databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare and present reports on program progress, outcomes, and impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in program coordination or education-related roles.
• Strong understanding of educational principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in project management, organization, and time-management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
