Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production department and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of production processes, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring that they are meeting production targets and following all safety procedures
• Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Train and develop production staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure that all necessary materials and supplies are available for production
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to improve their performance
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
• Investigate and resolve any production-related issues or delays, communicating updates to management as needed
• Prepare and maintain production reports, including production outputs, downtime, and other relevant metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervision role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards
• Proven track record of meeting production targets and delivering results
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
