Position: Web Developer
Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to ensure that our websites are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also functional and optimized for user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
- Collaborate with designers to ensure visually appealing and user-friendly designs
- Implement responsive design and mobile-friendly features
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Stay up-to-date with new web development trends and technologies
- Perform regular website maintenance and updates
- Develop and maintain website content and digital assets
- Conduct website testing and quality assurance
- Manage website hosting and domain registration
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages
- Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-friendly development
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Knowledge of SEO and PPC best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
