Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and various stakeholders to design, develop, and implement training courses that align with our company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning development, and learning management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and other learning resources
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content, identify learning objectives, and develop learning outcomes
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Implement various instructional strategies, such as scenario-based learning, gamification, and microlearning, to enhance the learning experience
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure training materials are aligned with business needs and objectives
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning development
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia
• Experience with learning management systems and course authoring tools
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with subject matter experts and stakeholders at all levels
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to design innovative learning solutions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality training materials
