Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and interpreting business data to provide insights and recommendations for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business data and trends to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
• Utilize various data mining and analysis techniques to identify patterns and trends in business data.
• Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and maintain data infrastructure and systems.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business strategies and initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data analysis processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Consulting is a plus.
