Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of production workers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and quality.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Train and mentor production workers, providing guidance and support to improve their skills and performance.
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure smooth production flow.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to production workers to drive continuous improvement.
Manage production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure adequate supplies are available for production.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
