Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience
Engage with customers to identify their beauty needs and recommend suitable products
Demonstrate and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
Provide personalized and tailored advice to help customers achieve their desired beauty goals
Assist customers with product selection, application techniques, and skincare routines
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and tester stations
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting and cross-selling products
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and techniques to continuously improve your product knowledge
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment
Attend product training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in cosmetology or related field is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry
Passion for beauty and skincare products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to listen to customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations
Knowledge of different skin types and conditions, as well as makeup techniques and trends
Proficient in using computers and point-of-sale systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
