Job Summary: As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production team. You will ensure that our production processes are running efficiently, and our products are meeting the required quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers, providing them with guidance and support to ensure they are performing their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement and maintain production protocols and procedures to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain and quality control, to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve production processes and increase efficiency.
• Train and develop new production workers to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that production is not interrupted.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and submit production reports to management on a regular basis.
• Resolve any production-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software.
