Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Train, supervise, and evaluate production workers to ensure that they are following standard operating procedures and meeting production targets
Implement safety protocols and ensure that all production workers are following them to maintain a safe work environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, and supply chain, to resolve any production issues
Monitor inventory levels and work with the supply chain team to ensure that all materials and equipment are available for production
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to production workers to improve their skills and performance
Prepare reports on production output, efficiency, and quality, and present them to upper management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in production processes to improve overall efficiency and quality

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
5 years of experience in a production supervisory role in a manufacturing setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends, if required
