Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.
• Report any changes in patient's condition to the nursing staff.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of patient care plans.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic patient care techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
