Job Title: Academic Advisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Advisor to join our team. As an Academic Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students throughout their academic journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students seeking academic guidance and support.
• Meet with students regularly to discuss their academic progress, course selection, and career goals.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on academic programs, degree requirements, and university policies.
• Assist students in developing personalized academic plans that align with their interests and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic advising or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of higher education policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in providing academic counseling and support to students.
• Familiarity with student information systems and advising technology.
