Job Description: We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join our growing team. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing new collections, as well as maintaining and updating existing designs. You will work closely with the design team to bring innovative and trend-setting designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design new collections for each season, including apparel, accessories, and footwear
• Develop and maintain an understanding of current fashion trends and consumer preferences
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop new ideas and designs
• Create technical sketches and detailed specifications for designs
• Source and select fabric and materials for collections
• Work with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality and timely production of designs
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strategize and plan product launches
• Attend fashion shows and events to stay updated on industry trends and competition
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure designs meet budget and production requirements
• Maintain accurate and organized records of designs and collections
• Mentor and train junior designers and interns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of designs and collections
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge of garment construction and pattern making
• Excellent understanding of current fashion trends and consumer preferences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in all work
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
