Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a strong background in program coordination. As an Academic Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our academic programs. You will work closely with faculty, students, and other stakeholders to ensure that our programs meet the highest standards of excellence and provide a positive learning experience for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain program schedules and timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Coordinate with faculty to develop course syllabi and instructional materials
• Monitor student progress and provide support and guidance as needed
• Facilitate communication between faculty and students, ensuring that all questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all necessary resources are available for the successful delivery of academic programs
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new faculty members
• Conduct regular evaluations of program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
• Manage program budgets and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary guidelines
• Assist with the planning and execution of program events, such as seminars, workshops, and conferences
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student enrollment, grades, and other relevant data
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in program coordination and make recommendations for implementation as appropriate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or related field
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in program coordination
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
• Experience working in an academic setting is a plus
